Staying nimble in a world that changes faster than ever

Collaborating from start to finish

At Groundswell, we deliver digital services that leverage the latest industry best practices and guidelines to improve Government’s digital strategy. Our Agile process fosters enhanced communication and collaboration with constituents and with industry and agency personnel, further driving the Open Government policy.

We make User Experience (UX) a central focus by promoting Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles in our engagements. We combine that with Agile development methodologies and automated testing to ensure systems are intuitive and engaging to deliver a seamless, responsive user experience across devices and browsers. Our technical approach fuses industry best practices including CMMI ML3, ISO 9001:2008, Agile, DevOps, and others. Our team offers hands-on experience with systems such as Drupal, WordPress, SharePoint, WebGUI, Java, and .Net. Further, we leverage cloud computing to reduce costs, increase time to market, and improve availability, reliability, and security.

We proudly maintain a Digital Services Center of Excellence that is focused on driving best practices and innovation in our projects and across our industry. Additionally, we have also established a Digital Lab environment that enables our Agile teams to constantly experiment with new tools and techniques, and to prototype both low and high-fidelity solutions and MVPs for our customers.
