Megan Hanik brings over twenty years of consulting and HR experience leading workforce development engagements and has a proven track record with HR transformation. As the Chief People Officer at Groundswell, Megan oversees the human capital strategy and programs that enable talent to deliver with execution excellence. In this role, Megan is a culture carrier that embraces a growth mindset, applies change management best practices, and demonstrates a commitment to helping our clients achieve their missions.
Megan’s experience with digital consulting, human resource operations and talent performance & development creates a combination of variables that bring Groundswell to the forefront of the industry. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Slippery Rock University. Additionally, she holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Masters Certification in Instructional Design from Marymount University and a Master’s Certification in Executive Coaching from George Mason University.
