Alicia Dube – Workday

As Executive Vice President of HCM Transformation, Alicia Dube leads the strategic direction and delivery excellence of Groundswell’s Workday practice. With more than two decades of experience in business and information management, Alicia brings deep expertise in Workday strategy, implementation, and federal HR transformation.

Prior to joining Groundswell, Alicia led the Workday practice for Accenture Federal Services, where she built the team and capabilities to support Workday’s first cabinet-level agency customer in the federal space. She also served as a key executive delivery sponsor, guiding complex delivery engagements and driving innovation across strategic accounts.

Alicia spent a decade at Workday Inc., where she held multiple leadership roles including Managing Partner for Federal Government. There, she shaped go-to-market strategies, managed top-tier accounts, and led successful deployments within the Workday Government Cloud. Earlier in her career, she held senior HRIS and project leadership roles at SRA International, where she championed the implementation of Workday enterprise-wide.

Alicia holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Communications from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Northwestern State University. She is also a certified PMP and has earned credentials in Workday and PeopleSoft platforms.
